We are partnering with a leading global player in the industrial and chemical sector to hire a Head of Commercial. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive the company’s commercial growth across key chemical markets while leading a team of experienced Sales and Account Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive all sales activities to achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets across the chemical and petrochemical sectors.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Managers, ensuring strong sales execution, customer engagement, and consistent target achievement.
  • Build and grow the sales pipeline by identifying new customers, developing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, customer acquisition plans, and account growth tactics aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular sales reviews to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Providing business direction as well as the developing and implementing market plan.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver solutions that support customer requirements and ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Gather and report market intelligence including customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to guide sales strategy.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting for management visibility and planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build brand presence and expand the network.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
