Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in Fund Services / Fund Administration in the hedge fund industry.
• Strong technical and Operations knowledge in fund accounting and fund operations.
• Team management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Servicing team to ensure overall client servicing quality.
• Manage a portfolio of hedge fund clients and provide excellent client service.
• Understand clients’ business needs to provide all-rounded fund service solutions.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify potential business opportunities.
• Work with operations team for support in fund accounting and trade operations.
• Track market landscape to provide added-value service.
• Collaborate with teams for new client on-boarding and integrations.
