A global logistics company in Singapore is seeking a seasoned leader for the APAC Claims & Insurance team. Responsibilities include managing marine claims, overseeing Hull & Machinery incidents, and driving a customer-centric culture. The ideal candidate has a decade of marine insurance experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a multi-location team. In this role, you will lead and manage the APAC Claims & Insurance team, driving a high-performance and customer-centric culture. You will oversee Hull & Machinery (H&M) incidents, Crew and P&I claims, and Cargo Claims (POD Asia) across the region, ensuring timely and effective claims handling, risk mitigation, and recovery optimisation. Working closely with Head Office, you will also provide strategic guidance and advisory support to internal stakeholders across the business.
