Role Overview

The Head of CEE will lead the Group’s strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across the European continent. This role requires a visionary leader with proven ability to scale businesses, navigate diverse regulatory environments, and build strong partnerships across financial services, technology, and government sectors. The Head of CEE will serve as the face of the Group in Europe, driving market expansion, operational excellence, and stakeholder value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the Group’s Europe strategy, aligned with global corporate objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities across insurance, fintech, and adjacent industries.
  • Anticipate market trends and position the business as an industry leader.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Forge and strengthen relationships with regulators, insurers, distributors, banks, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive new business ventures, product innovation, and cross-border collaborations.
  • Represent the company in key industry forums, conferences, and media.

Operational & Financial Performance

  • Oversee P&L across Europe markets, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Implement operational excellence frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance standards.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse leadership team across markets.
