About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Head of Business Development to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with key partners. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting the company's long-term expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in local and regional markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
  • Develop proposals and draft business presentations to support sales efforts
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver customized solutions for clientsAchieve revenue targets and track performance against business development KPIs.
  • Participate in business strategic planning to support the company's growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in Technology or Digital services)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
