Job summary

A leading automotive services company in Singapore seeks a Head of Services to lead and manage the full operation of the Service Centre. You will oversee after-sales service activities, manage profitability, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Weekend work may be required, compensated with time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, including leading a team.
• Strong communicator with good problem-solving and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire Service Centre operations and manage after-sales service activities.
• Responsible for Service Centre’s profit and loss tracking.
• Enhance Service Centre operation to create good customer journey.
