You will drive initiatives across traditional and alternative assets, including private equity and venture capital, and will work with regulators and industry players to expand Singapore’s footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in asset management or banking preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and data/analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

• Formulate and implement strategies to attract top asset managers in traditional and alternative sectors to establish a presence in Singapore.
• Develop initiatives to grow and anchor local asset management talent in Singapore.
• Promote adoption of technology and innovations for asset managers and the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and government partners to strengthen Singapore’s competitiveness as a leading asset management hub.
