Job summary

Singtel invites you to lead the Day 2 AI & Agent Operations function, accountable for operating, monitoring, evaluating and governing the organisation’s production AI estate—GenAI agents and classical ML models. You will own the operating model from build to dependable production, with 24×7 monitoring and safety at the core.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles across production AI/ML environments.
• Experience with cross-border teams and offshore delivery.
• Proven ability to set reliability, safety, and quality standards for AI systems.
• Strong incident response and governance capabilities.
• Ability to balance delivery pressure with quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day 2 AI & Agent Operations across Singapore and India.
• Define and operate the end-to-end AI estate governance, including handover gates and 24x7 monitoring.
• Oversee incident governance, escalation, rollback, and customer-impact remediation.
• Collaborate with Day 1 build, platform, data, and business stakeholders.
• Set SLAs, error budgets, and KPIs; report to CIO/board.
