Job summary

A leading insurance and financial services company in Singapore seeks a visionary Data Scientist to drive AI and advanced analytics initiatives. You will develop impactful data science solutions and lead chatbot innovations, collaborating with a diverse team while ensuring ethical AI standards. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in AI/data science and is proficient in Python and SQL, ideally with experience in Azure or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with Bachelor's, or 5+ years post-Master's in AI/Data Science.
• Proven track record managing teams of data scientists and AI engineers.
• Exceptional ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deliver, and maintain robust data science and AI models.
• Embed the highest standards of AI ethics in all phases of model deployment.
• Influence and translate business objectives into actionable data science requirements.
• Drive ideation and delivery of AI solutions within the health vertical.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent chatbots.
• Continuously explore best-in-class solutions in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
