Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing the Welfare Home in compliance with the Destitute Persons Act and Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) Rules.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the safe and efficient delivery of quality healthcare services to residents, in accordance with relevant legislation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, service standards, and directives issued by authorities.
• Support the implementation of preventive and curative medical services within the Home, under the guidance and instructions of the appointed medical doctor(s).

Requirements

• Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Nursing.
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Prior experience in aged care, social services, or a therapy-integrated environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of policy development, quality management, and staff supervision.
