• Minimum four years’ experience in an upscale hotel in a Concierge or related guest services role.
• Ability to deliver personalized and anticipatory service.
• Strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Concierge and Bell Services.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and training to team members.
