Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Head of Communications to join our client, a leading real estate developer. Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, the successful candidate will be instrumental in spearheading our corporate communications across various media platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company’s reputation through strategic communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Monitor and analyze coverage of Group and industry developments across diverse media channels.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials, including press releases, speeches, and corporate messaging.
  • Implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on media opportunities; manage inquiries and story pitches.
  • Lead communications during incidents and crises, ensuring a consistent and positive company image.
  • Develop and execute digital communication strategies, including website content management and social media engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage Corporate events, media briefings, and tours.
  • Oversee corporate branding, sponsorships, and the production of corporate materials.
  • Guide overseas colleagues on communication policies and manage vendor and agency performance.
  • Mentor team members and enhance their performance through effective coaching.
Requirements :
  • A degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Arts.
  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in a senior communications role, with a focus on regional outreach.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional project leadership and execution abilities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
  • Established media relationships and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.
  • An independent, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines.
