Job summary

A national sports academy in Singapore is seeking a Head / Senior Coach for its Multi-Sport Academy. You will design and implement a high-performance pathway for young athletes, ensuring they develop a strong athletic foundation while guiding them towards their specialised sports. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of coaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a degree in a relevant field. This role is critical in fostering holistic development and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in high performance sports coaching for youth athletes.
• Professional knowledge and/or certification in more than one sport.
• Strong grasp of sports science and long-term athlete development models.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a multi-sport high-performance pathway.
• Develop and execute strength and conditioning programmes.
• Lead and guide a team of coaches.
