What You’ll Do
  • Prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese dishes, including wok-fried meals, soups, and more
  • Develop and refine recipes and menu items in collaboration with management
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (for senior positions)
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a chef in a Chinese kitchen (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and regional cuisines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Team player with leadership qualities
