We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations in our growing semi‑fine Korean restaurant. You will oversee all culinary functions and ensure a high‑quality dining experience for all guests.
Lead and manage the kitchen team, including menu planning and food preparation
Develop and refine recipes to elevate the dining experience
Manage inventory, food costing, and purchasing of quality ingredients
Work closely with the front‑of‑house team for smooth service coordination
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
