Our client, a well‑known company is looking for candidates for the position of Head Chef (Bakery).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee overall bakery operations and take full responsibility for product quality and production.

Manage all bakery staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Ensure consistent execution of all bakery items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day bakery and store operations.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Drive innovation while maintaining alignment with the brand’s culinary direction.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Bakery Chef, or equivalent, with bakery experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Solid knowledge of bakery production processes, recipe execution, and quality control.

Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
