A trendy, modern café by day and a sleek, sophisticated bar/lounge in the evening, Chapter One by Fables Specialty Coffee is poised to be a unique and successful addition to the Singapore food and beverage scene. Anchored by our existing specialty coffee operations, our mission is to provide not only great food and beverages, but also a space for people to socialize and relax.

Drawing on the playful and nostalgic nature of our branding, we aim to provide an innovative selection of specialty coffee and premium non‑coffee and alcoholic beverages to the community, along with a carefully crafted menu offering a good mix of innovative breakfast/lunch dishes as well as classic brunch fare by day and tapas/grazing plates in the evenings.

  • Capable of leading a small kitchen in a high‑paced environment
  • Experience with inventory management, food cost/portion control, running an efficient kitchen
  • Innovative and creative with recipes, techniques and presentation to keep the menu fresh and exciting
  • Passion for food culture, storytelling
  • Has good communication skills and openness to collaborate on concept evolution
