About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing and cooking steak, pasta, and burgers, while also being able to innovate, streamline workflow, and maintain high kitchen standards. This role requires leadership, creativity, and operational discipline to deliver consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire kitchen operations, from food preparation to service.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and performance.
  • Ensure all dishes, especially steak, pasta, and burgers, are prepared to high standards.
  • Create and improve recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
  • Streamline and improve workflow for efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and control food costs to reduce wastage.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to continuously improve.
