The group is known for its popular "Seoul Restaurant" brand located Conrad Singapore Orchard. Our company is launching a new brand "Seoul & So" - a modern premium Korean Steakhouse, located at National Gallery Singapore.

Job Summary

As Head Chef at Seoul & So, you will lead kitchen operations and menu development to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that drive brand growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation
  • Develop and construct innovative menus that reflect premium Korean steakhouse cuisine and meet customer expectations
  • Oversee food quality control and maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to manage inventory and source quality ingredients
  • Mentor and train kitchen staff to enhance culinary skills and promote teamwork
  • Collaborate with senior management to align kitchen operations with business objectives and brand vision
  • Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize productivity and cost efficiency
Basic Information:
  • Position: Head Chef
  • Salary: $5,500 ~ $6,500
  • Location: National Gallery Singapore
  • Working hours: 5.0 days a week (10 hours/day)
Requirements:
  • Ideally with 10-15 years experience or more
  • Diploma/Degree holder
