A leading restaurant group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at their Singapore branch. The ideal candidate will have a degree in culinary arts, extensive knowledge of Mexican cuisine, and at least ten years of kitchen management experience. This role involves coordinating kitchen operations, managing staff, and participating in the development of new menu items. Monthly salary ranges from $6,500 to $8,500, depending on experience.
Vatos Kitchen & Bar, is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Singapore branch, as well as, be an integral part of the expansion and set-up team both locally and overseas.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in culinary arts, an in-depth knowledge of Mexican cuisine, and minimum of ten years of kitchen management/head chef experience.
Desirable: a degree in culinary arts (preferably in Mexican or Latin cuisine) and at least ten years of kitchen management/head chef experience.
Head Chef: Monthly salary is $6500 - $8500 per month depending on experience.
