About the role

The Hideout Bistro Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, creating innovative menu items, and to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration and benefits.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Develop and implement creative, high-quality menus that showcase your culinary expertise
  2. Manage food preparation, quality control, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  3. Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
  4. Work closely with the management team to identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously explore opportunities to enhance the dining experience
What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful menus in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
