  • Prepare authentic Italian cuisine, including Pizza, pasta and other traditional specialties using fresh ingredients.
  • Work independently and manage daily kitchen operation with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain proper inventory control to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure all food served meets high standards of quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of all kitchen equipment at all times.
  • Take full responsibility for restaurant operational, including profit and loss (P&L).
  • Demonstrate a pleasant personality, honesty and strong integrity in the work place.
Requirement
  • Proven experience in Italian cuisine.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operation.
