Location: East Region

Salary: $6000

Working Hrs: 8am - 6pm

Job Description:
  • Oversee the entire kitchen/operations
  • Must be proficient in Dim Sum Cuisine
  • Control and guide the food preparation process, ensuring all food quality meets company standards. Revise SOPs as needed.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve food quality
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
  • Create new seasonal dishes and menus
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Maintain food cost profitability
  • Efficient workforce planning and scheduling
Requirement:
  • Minimum 5 years of cooking experience in Chinese restaurants and 3 years of management experience
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders in English and Mandarin
  • Extensive food knowledge and creative menu planning skills
  • Excellent communication and management abilities
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills, with the leadership ability to guide the team through various challenges
