A leading food delivery service in Singapore is looking for a seasoned brand manager to develop and execute brand strategies. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in brand management, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset. You will lead a talented team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and manage the regional marketing budget effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Brand Strategy Development: Understand the passions and tensions of the consumers in all the markets while working collaboratively with market research teams, and create both regionally and locally relevant strategies for both equity and affordability.
Brand Health Ownership: Set clear KPI’s for key brand metrics such as TOM, Closeness and key attributes. Deep dive into data to understand the growth progress and improvement areas and work towards achieving all targets.
Campaign Management & Execution: Organize and manage multiple campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficient communication, feedback incorporation, and timely delivery. Oversee a 360‑degree campaign perspective, including brand and media ideation, influencer management, social content management, ATL plans with regional teams/local teams/agencies, and OOH creative assets.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the regional marketing budget to ensure deliverables are met.
Leadership & Ownership: Lead large projects and oversee end‑to‑end processes, demonstrating autonomy and strong project management.
Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local cross‑functional teams for alignment and to achieve topline and bottom‑line objectives, and be responsive to new ideas.
Team Management: Lead and grow a talented team of 3‑5 people.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in brand management or consumer marketing.
Candidates with experience in E-commerce/FMCG/grocery retailers would be a plus

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
