Overview

Position: Head Baker (café-style pastries)
Salary: up to $5000 + AWS
Working Day & Hour: 6 Days (44 working hour per week)
Working Location: Bugis

Responsibilities

• Menu development & bakery innovation and also to design/execute seasonal pastry menus in alignment with franchise guidelines.
• Bakery operations & quality control by oversee all baking processes from mixing to proofing and baking.
• Financial & inventory managing food cost and labour budget.
• Customer engagement like interacting with customers to showcase bakery and handle feedback.
• Leadership and team management from recruiting to train bakery team.
• Collaboration with management team & additional responsibilities like participating in planning and executing for new product launches and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience as head baker.
• Able to go oversea for 2 weeks of training program.
