Working Day : 6 Day/ 7 hours

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in preparing and baking artisan breads, pastries, and sweet/savoury bakes
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, hygiene standards and equipment maintenance
• Guide and provide training to team members
• Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and staffing needs
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and workflow processes to improve productivity and reduce waste

Requirements

• Min 1-2 years of management experience; bakery industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Bread & Pastry; cert in related field is a plus
