Our client is expanding our hospitality portfolio with the launch of a new international café concept celebrated for its specialty coffee, artisanal pastries, and contemporary atmosphere. As part of this exciting venture, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Baker to lead and elevate our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Menu Creation & Product Innovation
  • Lead production of baked goods, including artisanal breads and café-style pastries.
  • Design and implement seasonal bakery menus aligned with brand and franchise standards.
Bakery Operations & Quality Control
  • Oversee daily bakery production from preparation to final bake.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to uphold freshness and product standards.
Financial & Inventory Management
  • Work with management to develop pricing and cost control strategies.
  • Source and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for quality ingredients and materials.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
  • Ensure bakery offerings align with a premium customer experience.
  • Engage customers when needed to introduce new products or address feedback constructively.
Collaboration & Additional Duties
  • Partner with operations and marketing teams on new product launches and campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and brand growth.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
