A baking company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated baker responsible for producing a variety of breads and cakes. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards, maintain baking equipment, and lead a team of bakers to uphold quality. Night shifts may be required as well as extra hours or weekend work.
Responsible to produce a full range of breads and cakes using the company’s recipe specifications.
Always observe and adhere to the standards of safety and hygiene for production, kitchen and culinary work area.
Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery.
Experience of handling bakery equipment.
Able to lead and supervise a team of bakers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Passion for baking and a strong commitment to delivering consistent quality.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
