I’m excited to share that we’re supporting the launch of a new flagship café concept — part of a growing hospitality group bringing an internationally renowned brand to Singapore. Known for its specialty coffee, seasonal menus, and modern ambiance, this café represents the next step in expanding a diverse and dynamic F&B portfolio.

We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Head Baker to lead the bakery operations for this exciting new venture. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment and wants to shape something truly special from day one.

Key Details
  • Position: Head Baker
  • Salary: $4,200 – $5,000 + AWS (1 month)
  • Annual Leave: 14 days
  • Training: Mandatory 2‑week training in Hong Kong (departure on 28 Nov 2025)
What You’ll Do
  • Lead production of artisanal breads and café-style pastries
  • Design and execute seasonal bakery menus aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee bakery operations, quality control, and inventory management
  • Manage food costs and vendor relationships
  • Train, mentor, and lead a high‑performing bakery team
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary leadership to ensure excellence across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of bakery or pastry experience (3+ in leadership)
  • Strong background in artisanal baking and café pastries
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in high‑volume bakery or café environments preferred
  • Must be available to attend the overseas training (non‑negotiable)
