Are you passionate about building custom PCs and solving hardware problems? We’re looking for a skilled Hardware Technician to join our team — someone who knows their way around motherboards, graphics cards, and cooling systems just as well as they know how to help customers make smart purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, configure, and test desktop PCs, gaming rigs, and workstations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral issues.
  • Perform upgrades, maintenance, and repairs on customer systems.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend suitable hardware or accessories.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and inventory.
  • Assist with basic sales when needed (upselling, customer guidance, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in PC assembly and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of PC components, compatibility, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
