Job summary

PRISM+ invites an AI intern to join Orbit, its AI team embedded across departments. You’ll identify where AI adds value, build solutions using tools like Claude and Codex, and stay with teams until adoption.

Start in Operations/Service, Retail, Finance, Product Engineering or Marketing, with potential team moves for future projects. You’ll shadow, scope, prototype, launch and hand over each project, learning end-to-end how AI impacts cost, time and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Coding ability to build AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and agents.
• Ability to reason about AI outputs and risks.
• Understanding of end-to-end tech stack and integration.

Responsibilities

• Join Orbit and work inside one business team at a time, next to the people who own the process. They're your customer.
• Find where AI can help them most, build it, and stay until the team is using it.
• Shadow the work to identify root problems, scope the smallest viable version, and measure improvement.
• Build prototypes with AI and code, decide where it runs and who has access.
• Launch to users, train them, fix issues, and hand over with a one-page guide.
