Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Singapore, focusing on hand and upper limb rehabilitation. Training will be provided; prior hand specialization is not required.

This part-time role offers exposure to a specialised rehabilitation setting, with opportunities to develop expertise while working within a multidisciplinary team. Orchard area location and patient-centred care are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
• Eligible to practise in Singapore
• Interest in hand and upper limb rehabilitation
• Willing to learn in multidisciplinary setting

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative care for patients with hand and upper limb conditions.
• Assess patients and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to restore, improve, or maintain patients' functional abilities.
• Educate and train family members or caregivers as required.
• Conduct timely re-assessments and adapt plans based on progress.
• Assess, recommend, and prescribe appropriate assistive devices.
• Support competency development of therapy assistants.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records.
• Assist with administrative duties including charging and statistics collection.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in clinical, service, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
