Job Descriptions

• Monitor and verify Halal product quality and product specification checklist.
• Monitor and verify hygiene and sanitation checklists.
• Carry out sampling and inspection on incoming raw materials.
• Monitor HALAL critical part/ area in the processing plant.
• Issue product defect notification for any new incoming, old stocks, or any unknown HALAL products.
• Help out with the production line if required.
• Attend Halal courses and training if required.
• Follow GMP, Quality, and Safety practices.

Job Requirements

• Entry-level candidates with a background in Food Science, Technology, Quality or Singapore Muis Halal Quality Management System (HalMQ) certified are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience such as handling Halal-related job scope
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Active team player
• Willing to learn
• Familiar with the production line.
• Able to work independently, good reporting skills and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
