As a Hair Therapist / Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair and scalp treatments to our valued clients. What you\'ll be doing

• Conduct in-depth hair and scalp assessments to identify clients\' specific needs and concerns


• Develop and administer customised hair and scalp treatment plans using our premium natural products


• Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through their hair journey


• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained


• Assist with product sales and inventory management as needed


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge and skills

What we\'re looking for
