Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions.
  • Recommend suitable treatment plans and products from our in-house organic range.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to outlet performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on hair and scalp care using Bio Organicare's methodologies.
  • Demonstrate and sell our range of organic products and scalp treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair care trends and product knowledge.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for natural and organic beauty solutions.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Leadership experience is a plus for supervisory positions.
