Job summary

Sanofi Group is building modular, digitalized vaccine and biologics production at the Tuas site in Singapore. The role focuses on GMP training, iLearn administration, and GxP documentation lifecycle, supporting audits and QMS processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, 4+ years in pharma/biotech and strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to drive training improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering or related Life Sciences.
• Minimum 4 years in pharma/biotech with GMP exposure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual GMP training programs.
• Administer iLearn LMS, manage learning objects, groups, assignments and reports.
• Support audits/inspections with training records and materials; contribute to QMS training.
• Assist in Deviation, CAPA and Change Control training processes; drive training material improvements.
