Job summary

A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking a Reservations Officer to ensure excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and supporting the Guest Support and Revenue Managers in achieving revenue goals. Candidates should possess a diploma in hotel management or related fields, along with at least two years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of OPMS are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Trained in hotel management or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of OPMS and related systems.
