Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a customer service staff member to manage POS operations and staff deployment. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the POS system, inventory management, and generating daily reports. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, and be comfortable working weekends. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of front line/customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
  • Skilled in service delivery and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the POS system.
  • Check and update briefing notes.
  • Activate and deploy staff daily.
  • Arrange for training or admin for new trainees.
  • Conduct inventory checks and updates.
  • Generate daily summary reports.
  • Perform daily gallery checks.
  • Check POS reports in line with Certis reports.
