Job

• Welcome and greet customers while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
• Build strong rapport with guests and understand their needs and expectations.
• Handle enquiries, recommend suitable menu options, prepare quotations, and coordinate event requirements.
• Professionally upsell menu items and dining experiences to enhance revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Manage customer feedback and handle complaints promptly, providing first-level service recovery.
• Guide and train Leading Hostess to uphold high service standards.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager.

Language Requirement

• Must be able to converse in Korean to communicate with Korean-speaking guests.
