Role Overview
As Guest Relations Manager, you will be the face and heartbeat of temper.. You are responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with guests, managing reservations and memberships, and ensuring every guest experience feels personal, seamless, and memorable. This role bridges front-of-house operations, brand experience, and community-building.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver warm, intuitive, and professional service to all guests, ensuring consistently high standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs, members, and regular guests
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues with discretion and care
- Uphold the brand values and atmosphere of temper. on the floor at all times
Reservations & Membership Management
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently
- Oversee wine club memberships, including onboarding, renewals, and guest communications
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to personalise experiences
Relationship Building & Community
- Build and nurture a loyal guest base, including industry professionals, creatives, and regular patrons
- Host and engage guests during events, tastings, and special activations
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams on guest-focused initiatives
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and guide front-of-house staff on service standards and guest engagement
- Lead by example on the floor, especially during peak service periods
- Communicate guest feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement
Operational Support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations alongside bar and service teams
- Assist with event coordination and private bookings
- Maintain compliance with venue policies, SOPs, and Singapore F&B regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house management within the F&B or nightlife industry
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s dining, bar, and nightlife landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, polished, and personable presence on the floor
- Passion for wine, cocktails, and hospitality culture (WSET or equivalent is a plus)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Calm, solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments
