Job Description
  • Greet guests as they arrive and upon leaving with a warm and welcoming attitude;
  • To accommodate special attention requests;
  • Handle appointments and inquiries via phone, online platforms (email & web), or in person with company standards of reply time and standards;
  • Handle vip appointment, including vip events celebration, vip guest accommodations, returning guests’ acknowledgment
  • Ensure a high level of hospitality by engaging with guests throughout their overall experience;
  • Assisting RM with Event coordination, communication and production;
  • Understanding guest journey from the appointment all the way until they leave, including managing their feedback;
  • Keep an update on station related supplies - Scent, Signs;
  • Maintain and elevate the atmosphere following brand’s style and standards;
  • Create and maintain relations with the guests to strengthen customer base (returning guests, regulars and new regulars);
  • Forming creative ideas to elevate the concept and atmosphere;
  • Initiate upselling program e.g. product promotion, special promotion, working with Marketing Team to create supporting contents;
  • Take active actions into bringing new customers and potential clients and collaborations to the restaurant, following the brand target audience
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in customer service, or guest relations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, or during special events (if required).
