You will manage staff, assist with financial reporting, and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Hotel Management and has 2-4 years of relevant experience in a restaurant setting, specializing in F&B operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and guest relations.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including service flow and reservations.
• Greet and interact with guests, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Assist with daily sales reports, cost control, and inventory management.
• Coordinate scheduling and performance tracking of restaurant team members.
