Job summary

• Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous, timely service to all hotel guests.
• Respond promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Identify and understand guest preferences to ensure services align with their expectations.
• Stay well-informed about hotel facilities, ongoing functions, and local tourist information.
• Maintain professional, courteous relationships with all hotel staff and ensure clear, effective communication.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors with diligence and professionalism.
