Job description

We required PR Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall entertainment experience.
• Introduce customers to available private room packages and assist them with seating and service arrangements.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing patrons.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing guest needs and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with operations and event teams to plan themed entertainment nights and special events.
• Uphold venue policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards at all times.
