Job summary

McDonald's Singapore is hiring a Part-time Service Crew to join our fast-paced team. You will greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accurate order handling while maintaining a clean and safe dining area.

Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, clearing tables, upkeep of hygiene including washrooms, and supporting the outlet operations as needed. NRIC/Passport verification required; transport assistance may be arranged where available.

Qualifications

• Customer-centric, friendly and cheerful attitude.
• Dress code: Plain black shirt (no logo); black long pants; non-slip, oil-resistant shoes with socks.
• Bring NRIC/Passport for verification when scanning in for work; WSQ Food Safety irrelevant here but verification mentioned.
• Meals provided for long shifts; transport provided if public transport is unavailable; follow outlet manager instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Assist in food preparation and order handling.
• Clear tables and chairs after use.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant which include empty rubbish and cleaning of washroom.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the branch manager and adapt to operational needs.
