Job summary

A dynamic restaurant group in Singapore is seeking Service Attendants to join their vibrant team. Excellent service and guest experience are essential. Responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders, assisting guests, and supporting restaurant operations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of F&B experience and be comfortable with shifts, including nights and public holidays. A competitive salary of up to $3,180 and additional bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
• Comfortable working shifts and on public holidays.
• Able to work night shifts in a smoking environment if required.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food & beverage orders with friendly, professional service.
• Deliver an excellent guest experience and assist with guest requests.
• Support daily restaurant setup, preparation, and ensure all amenities/utensils are fully stocked.
• Provide menu recommendations and conduct suggestive selling.
• Handle restaurant telephone & email reservation enquiries.
• Perform general administrative duties to support restaurant operations.
