Job summary

A prestigious real estate group is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide excellent service to visitors and tenants. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a friendly disposition. This role involves greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and coordinating with the concierge. The position offers a basic salary of $2,150 and a friendly working environment located conveniently in Promenade.

Qualifications

  • Friendly and well-groomed appearance.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests/tenants with warmth and professionalism.
  • Help with vehicle doors and bulky items when needed.
  • Provide VIP guests with a seamless arrival/departure experience.
  • Coordinate with the Concierge to answer guest inquiries and offer directions.
  • Ensure the driveway and lobby remain clean and presentable.

Job Description:

Join a prestigious real estate group and be the face of a luxury hospitality experience. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll ensure every visitor and tenant is warmly welcomed and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests/tenants with warmth and professionalism
  • Help with vehicle doors and bulky items when needed
  • Provide VIP guests with a seamless arrival/departure experience
  • Coordinate with the Concierge to answer guest inquiries and offer directions
  • Ensure the driveway and lobby remain clean and presentable at all times
  • Gather guest feedback and elevate issues promptly
  • Stay informed about the company’s properties and nearby amenities
  • Support with other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
  • Good communication skills in English
