Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador at City Hall, Singapore. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them to their tables, and maintaining a clean service floor and dining area.

You will advise customers on the menu, support team in peak hours, and perform other duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty. Salary starts at 2,500 SGD and goes to 2,900 SGD plus a 100 SGD sales incentive.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service preferred.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers at all times.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Ensure service floor and table cleanliness.
• Advise customers on food and drink menus.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager-on-duty.
