Job Description
  • Cross‑Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between Sales, and Data/Strategy, ensuring smooth communication and follow‑ups.
  • Pipeline & Sales Intelligence: Track opportunities, maintain CRM data, and support market intelligence efforts.
  • Automation & Processes: Set up and optimise workflows, outreach sequences, and reporting dashboards to improve sales efficiency.
  • Product Feedback: Gather feedback from sales to enhance product positioning and go‑to‑market efforts.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity about data, automation, and market trends
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot), sales automation platforms, and B2B SaaS or fintech environments preferred
