As a Growth Product Director, you will own the end‑to‑end product strategy and execution for driving user growth, downloads, onboarding, registration conversion, and user retention. You will work cross‑functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to rapidly experiment, scale what works, and iterate on what doesn’t. A successful candidate must have strong product intuition and a proven track record of driving growth in a B2C crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the user growth funnel – from app downloads to successful registration, onboarding, and early activation.
  • Design and execute data‑driven growth experiments to optimize user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on performance marketing campaigns, user segmentation, and referral strategies.
  • Optimize onboarding experiences to reduce drop‑offs and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and iterate on features such as referral programs, rewards, push notifications, and other growth loops.
  • Work closely with Data/BI teams to monitor KPIs, conduct cohort analyses, and identify actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to execute growth initiatives in an agile, iterative way.
  • Stay updated on crypto trends, competitor product strategies, and emerging technologies to inform your roadmap.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a B2C crypto exchange environment.
  • Proven success driving user growth, retention, and engagement metrics in a fast‑paced startup or exchange setting.
  • Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, acquisition channels, and retention dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills – you’re comfortable working with product metrics, A/B testing, and growth analytics tools.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong user‑first mindset with the ability to balance short‑term gains with long‑term platform health.
